Lost of Mind!
It is completely my fault. I had completely forgotten about the book that I am loaning from one blogger to another blogger. I had to trace it and found that Chic Runner had the book. I know. We are all busy, huh? Chic Runner was busy like any of us. She had read the book and now it is going over to the Enchantment State. Opps, that's New Mexico. I meant The Grand Canyon State and that is Arizona.

One last note... Whenever you have a chance, please do spread the love to anyone who is interested in making contribution to my fundraising as you can see on the right sidebar. Many THANKS !
(click to enlarge)I do hope the book will inspire the Youth Pastor's Family of Arizona to do some running. Enjoy the book. Read my post about how this works.
Now here's a quick bullet-style point of what going on with my running and my life...

A wheeled and accurate 10 mile run over woodland trails, over swamp and stream (at the end), and all followed by a great post race party with lots of food and beer, buns and burgers, D.J. music and fun. You must bring one of the items listed as a stocking stuffer that will be sent to our fighting soldiers overseasNow here's a quick bullet-style point of what going on with my running and my life...
- Still running in preparation for my 7th marathon - Amica Marathon in Newport, RI.
- Signed up for Rat's Race. September 19, 2009. Wall, NJ

- My sis, Ms. Running Down a Dream, will join me for the Rat's Race. How cool is that? Tsk tsk tsk, anyone out in NJ/NY/PA region, please do think about signing up for Rat's Race!
- I took my daughter on a ferry to see the Yankees game. It was truly wonderful to spend quality time with my daughter. Every minute of being with my daughter was so precious to me. At the end of the day, we took the ferry home. Erin and I was truly exhausted from all the fun. A wonderful gentleman was inspired to see me and Erin using sign language since I am Deaf. He went up to my daughter and gave her the baseball. He caught the ball by one of the Yankees player at the game. I was speechless. He said "I was watching both of you talking to each other. I had to give the ball to you." Talk about precious ! Thanks to a wonderful gentleman for giving her the baseball.

Good to see the book is still making its way around.
The Rat Race looks great!
The book lives! ha ha I keep forgetting to mail it though. fail. ha ha but I will try to grab it from home tomorrow. :)
That'll be fun to run the Rat Race with your sister!
Thanks for the link you provided earlier. I am interested in hearing about other pregnant runners and some of their accomplishments!
I left the next in line a note that I would LOVE to get involved and read the book. Wasn't sure if I also needed to leave you a note!

Awesome that Erin got the baseball!! How sweet is that! I bet she was stoked to get it :) Great pictures and quality time spent!
Hi Ted,
Great to hear of your fundraising project. I am so touched by the kind gentleman's act. Erin and you must have had great difficulty getting over the joy of being noticed because of sign language. Sign language is the most beautiful language around and I had attempted to learn some simple sign language. I am especially happy to mingle with the deaf cos they are able to share with me what their world is all about.
There was once I spelled words using alphabets in sign language with my son and the restaurant owner thought both of us were deaf. She offered us desert on the house. My son and I blushed and later explained to her.
Awesome job, taking your daughterr to the game, and kudos to the man who gave her a ball.
I am taking my boys to the Phils/Cubs game today, and after the game, the kids get to run the bases!
We'll have to try and hook up for another long run soon!
Ted, you are the man. I always end up smiling when I read your blog. I also don't know how you find the energy to get all that stuff done.
Take care and best of luck with your training!
Sounds like a fun day! Keep on rockin!
Erin is one lucky little girl. And you are one lucky man. It looks like one incredible day you had. How cool the man gave Erin his baseball. Makes the day even more special!!
Cannot wait until the RAT RACE!!! I am so psyched to run this fun trail race with my BRO!!!!
:O)
That Rat Race sounds like a lot of fun!
I forgot all about the book too :)
The traveling book slideshow made me laugh - thanks! I have a black lab that could use a good bedtime story, so I'll have to join the list.
Hi Ted! You just did great on that! Make more wonderful posts. Thank you for this post by the way. : ) That rat race must be so much fun for your daughter!
Glad to read the book is back in rotation.
7th marathon!? Whew, that is awesome. Almost as awesome as the baseball.
Fun to catch up on your blog.
Catching a baseball... and then giving it to a young person doubles the thrill.
Good luck with the fundraiser (our fund raising interest is multiple myeloma).
Wishing you a great marathon.
Wanted to say a quick thank your for your comments on my blog. I love your blog and look forward to more posts! Thanks again

Happy to hear the book is still making it around -- I'm sure it has seen more than most books (or people!) ever will :-)
