This is about how to dress warmly when it is bitterly cold outside. Actually, this is the second installment on Heat Wave. As you know, yesterday was 15 degrees with a wind chill factor of -5 to zero (25+mph wind). This is what I had to wear yesterday...
I admit it. I admit. I will say this. It was plainly put - very STOOPID !! Too many layers! I was overheated. I've felt like a "running sauna".
This morning, it was 20 degrees with a light wind. The wind chill factor was only 15. That's NUTHING !!! Actually, it was quite warm this morning. Very balmy! The hell with Florida!!! We the Nor'Eastern runners don't like Florida at this time of the year. This is absolutely the most perfect weather to run today. I cut down the layers so I won't be overheated this time. Ta-da....
20 degrees (feels like 15 degrees) - Perfect !

However, I do love the second outfit. I think all the tready bank robber/runners are wearing them.
The difference is insane. I always get sick when the weather plays tricks like that!
Gee, I thought knee-high tube socks were required with the second outfit to get the perfect temp. Guess I've been doing it wrong.
